Every Koochie System is developed by a specialized team with extensive and unparalleled skills in Designing and constant R&D to ensure all International Standards are met in terms of design, aesthetics, product life and most importantly – CHILD SAFETY. All our products conform to the highest safety norms. Our products are tested and certified to meet stringent European EN1176, EN16630 with GS test mark, EN1177, American ASTM and Canadian CSA standards. These certifications are provided and issued to Koochie Play Systems Pvt. Ltd by reputedly notified international certifying bodies such as IPEMA, TUV, CPSC, SGS only.

QUALITY

Koochie playground equipment can be exposed to all kinds of weather, as it is made of remarkable properties which is ideal for outdoor play areas that can withstand a wide range of climatic conditions while maintaining its appearance and performance. We have executed thousands of installations across many countries under unique harsh temperatures that have withstood the test of time and weather conditions from 99% humidity, 55°C and going down up to -20°. Our playground and fitness systems primarily consist of two elements, steel components and plastic components. All steel components are manufactured from the world’s best steel, which is first sand blasted, flow coated, hot dip galvanized and finally powder coated using AkzoNobel’s Interpon coatings to perfection.

All our certification is only done through reputed, notified bodies such as TUV.
